About this section
Double lined is the phrase that runs through this section and it is the reason to shop it. Two layers of the same ribbed knit are sewn together as a single garment, so the tank holds its shape, does not go transparent in white and sits smooth rather than clinging at the waist. Single layer tanks at this price do none of that.
Lengths split into two groups with very little between them. The cropped styles finish at or above the navel, high enough that they are a layering piece unless you are wearing a high waist. The regular length tanks reach the hip and tuck without bulk.
The eyelet ones
A few listings use eyelet embroidery instead of plain knit, which puts small holes through the fabric by design. Those are single layer by necessity and need something underneath.
Sizing
Fitted tanks in a stretch rib have some give either way, so between two sizes the smaller one keeps its shape better. The loose flowy styles run generous already.
