Privacy policy

No accounts, no forms

There is nothing to sign up for and no form to fill in. We do not ask for a name, an address or a payment detail, and there is nowhere on the site to enter one.

Server logs

The hosting provider records standard request data: which page was asked for, when, a truncated network address and the browser string. It is used to check the site is working and to count traffic in aggregate. Nothing in it is tied to a person.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. When you follow a link to the retailer, that retailer may set cookies on their own domain, including one recording which site sent you. Their privacy policy governs that, not this page.

Affiliate tracking

Outbound product links carry an identifier so the retailer knows the visit came from here. The identifier belongs to this site rather than to you. It tells us a purchase happened without telling us who made it, and we never see a name, an address or a card.

Third parties

No advertising network, no behavioural tracking, no analytics that follows you between sites. Product images are served from this domain rather than pulled from the retailer, so loading a page here does not report you to them.

Children

The site is written for adults doing the buying and is not directed at children. It collects nothing from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the text on this page is replaced. There is no mailing list to notify, because we keep no addresses.
